I’ve been thinking I need something to help me “settle,” as in firm up my style, and learn to finish drawings (for God’s sake!) I could not think of a better person than Paul Karasik, a regular contributor to the New Yorker and a committed teacher and friend to many cartoonists. Paul teaches an online workshop at the Centre for Cartoon Studies. It happens to be about making a graphic novel, which is not exactly my thing, but for sure I’m going to try and no doubt learn a lot!
I made this little narrative after a rather boisterous dinner with my siblings, so maybe there’s hope for me. Stay tuned!
